In our initial 30 minute consultation we will identify your big picture plan and areas you would like to focus on in the program. In our video sessions together, we will create specific strategies to help you overcome food temptation triggers, identify obstacles, set realistic goals, establish rewards and coach you to develop a mindset for long-term wellness success.
